I just click on "cumulated Dimensions" and start clicking on L1,L2,L3... not sure if admn has set some diffaults or it's Dassault defaults...

You need to change the STANDARDS settings(as admin). I can do some screen grabs of V5r16.2 or V5r17.4 (I may have r14 set also) for you if it would help.
Each release may (or may not) have slightly different names or settings so you should at least check.
Let me konw which release.

Here they are.  We've been working on 16 for a while now and I know I've tweaked them since 14, but these are the major changes.  The last one is just a screen grab showing a quick dimensioning resault.

A couple of things:

-remember you must be logged in as an administrator

-I copied the ANSI drafting standard and saved as (renamed) our standard and modified it.
